I bought these gluten-free hamburger buns at Trader Joe's, where they were reasonably priced (I think it was $3.99 for four, but correct me if I'm wrong). They're a bit on the small side for some traditional burgers, but for the ones I make (I use a 1/3 cup measure), they were perfect. 

Although these rolls are a bit firmer than the pillowy low-nutrition ones I grew up on, I toasted them anyway and they were still fine. I coated them with Trader Joe's organic ketchup, added the burger and a slice of red onion, a piece of red leaf lettuce and I can truly say this combo was my dream team of vegetarian gluten-free burger meals!
