QUICK & EASY GLUTEN FREE VEG PIZZA-STYLE CAULIFLOWER

This one of those fast-food health-food meals you can throw together in minutes. Apart from herbs and spices you've probably got in your cupboard right now, there are only three ingredients for this main dish. Make a green salad while it cooks, and you're done. Here's how:
First, heat oven to 400 degrees.
Ingredients:
1 small head cauliflower
2 T olive oil
2 cups marinara sauce
1 cup cubed mozzarella cheese, smoked if available
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 T dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder


Instructions

Rinse, core and slice cauliflower.
Coat baking dish with olive oil.
Add cauliflower slices and bits, and toss in olive oil.
Pour marinara sauce over cauliflower.
Sprinkle herbs and spices over all.
Dot top of casserole with cubed cheese.
Place in oven until cauliflower has steamed through, about 30 minutes.
