These gluten free falafel chips (called that, I suppose, since they are partly made of garbanzo bean flour and spices) are shown above with the plainest of accompaniments: whipped cottage cheese, unflavored. Why? Because these crackers are not only nicely spiced with salt and vegetable powders, but they are not light little bits of fluff that need a heavy dip to make them memorable. These little circles are HEARTY. Not empty calories though. Each serving has three grams of protein, which is why I ended up choosing them over the shelves of choices at Trader Joe. Just don't eat too many at one sitting, easy to do, as tasty as they are!
