I started with Carol's Whole Grain Pancake and Biscuit Mix (just four ingredients) for these lovely muffins. I measured out the mix and added five more items, and a half hour later I had a dozen generously-sized cheddar cheese muffins studded with bits of roasted red pepper. They were so tasty they started disappearing immediately!
