Attune makes several wonderful gluten-free cereals, and, to my surprise, I found this was one of them.

For years, I had a bias against freeze-dried fruits, maybe because the ones I'd tried in cereals had always been so over-sweetened that they tasted more like candies who lost their way, ending up in milk by mistake. But not these bits of strawberry in Erewhon Strawberry Crisp, which retain their strawberry tang. Good cereal!
