GIVEAWAY: GLUTEN-FREE VEGAN COMFORT FOOD

If you're a vegan who's just been diagnosed with celiac disease or have another reason you are not able to digest gluten properly, you probably feel like you need, especially at the beginning of your gluten-free journey, some good old-fashioned vegan, and in some cases, raw as well, comfort food. If that's where you find yourself, then gluten-free vegan comfort food is the book for you and I imagine you will be signing up for the chance to win it in our giveaway series.

Here are some of the recipes I find particularly interesting, and that I intend to make very soon, on a day when the daily stresses of life require a healthy culinary antidote:

Raw Cinnamon Rolls
Pumpkin Bread
Pizza Crust
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Rice Crispy Dessert
Cornbread with Green Chiles
Vegetable Pot Pie

Expect to see photos of my execution of one of these (I'm thinking pot pie, something I've missed for a long time) as soon as I've got a moment to spare. Really!
