GIVEAWAY: EREWHON GLUTEN FREE CORN FLAKES

This gluten-free giveaway is for 4 (yes, four!) boxes of cereal from Attune, the folks who bring us Erewhon Gluten-Free Cornflakes. For those of us who grew up on sweetened corn flakes, enjoying this healthier version of the traditional breakfast might take a bit of getting used to, but once you get in gear with the real corn flavor of these flakes, instead of the old sugary blandness, you'll never look back!

Plus, there's the additional benefit of being able to use this cereal in savory dishes, such as a Fiesta Casserole. This spicy mix of vegetables, cheese and corn chips can also easily be made with corn flakes. In fact, it's the corn flake version that I grew up with. Here's the recipe.
