For 12 cupcakes
Ingredients:
1/2 c butter
4 oz cream cheese
2 c confectioners sugar
1 tsp peppermint extract
Instructions:
Blend all in mixing bowl, in order listed, until smooth.
Spread on your favorite baked goods.
