AUNT GUSSIE'S VEGETARIAN GLUTEN-FREE CHOCOLATE SPRITZ COOKIES

I like these because they are chocolate-y and crunchy. Gnaw-able. Not mushy, despite their graceful shapes. Can't decide if they're a candy or a cookie, but wonderful all the same!
